MQI Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur has stated that everyone who invokes the name of Islam must listen to the series of speeches on the Quran and science delivered at the city's Itikaf gatherings by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that through these research-based and reasoned speeches, the negative propaganda aimed at disillusioning youth from religion and God has been thoroughly debunked, and atheistic thinking has been uprooted. He said that safeguarding the faith of the nation's youth surpasses the challenges posed by sects and doctrines.
“Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri has introduced a new trend in the promotion and dissemination of Islam by presenting Da'wah-e-Din (the call to religion) as a new subject for research and speeches,” he said.
Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that rather than engaging in peripheral discussions, scholars, Imams of mosques, and religious speakers should make Quranic scientific revelations the subject of discussion. He said that the Quran is not only our faith but also our pride. He said that esteemed scholars should engage in dialogue and study according to the inclinations and abilities of the new generation's hearts and minds to incline them towards religion.
“Unfortunately, it has been instilled in the minds of the youth that Islam and modern science are contradictory and that religion is an obstacle to progress. This false notion will be eradicated by listening to these speeches.”
MQI Secretary General said that Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri has invited scholars to listen to the speeches delivered at the Itikaf city of Minhaj-ul-Quran, as these speeches prove that Islam is indeed a modern religion and a complete way of life. He said that with great effort and diligence, Shaykh-ul-Islam has proven through scientific evidence that Allah is One, and the existence of Almighty Allah is true, and He is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe, and the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him), is the true Prophet of Allah, delivering authentic revelations.
