Engineer Muhammad Tariq Fareed Qadri, the younger brother of the founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, has passed away. His funeral prayer will be offered today, May 10, in his native city of Jhang.
Chairman of the Supreme Council, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Senior Vice-President Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, as well as central, provincial, and district leaders and workers of Minhaj-ul-Quran and Pakistan Awami Tehreek, will participate in the funeral.
The funeral prayer will be led by the Deputy Vice-President of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees Qadri. Leaders, deputy vice-presidents, and other officials of Minhaj-ul-Quran and Pakistan Awami Tehreek have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the passing of Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri’s younger brother, and have prayed for his forgiveness, mercy, and elevation of his rank in the hereafter.
