Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, said in his address at the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference that the blessed life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is a beacon of guidance for all humanity. “The Seerah (biography) of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) offers solutions to the problems of every age,” he said. The Prophet (PBUH) set a practical example of justice, equality, compassion, and moral purity. The Holy Qur’an has described the noble character of the Prophet (PBUH) as “exalted”, declaring: “Indeed, you are of an exalted moral character.”
Dr. Hassan Qadri said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the source of all perfection and the fountain of all beauty in the universe. Allah Almighty granted His beloved Messenger (PBUH) such a lofty status that every act of his became a model of perfection.
The Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference, held in Haripur, was attended by a large number of distinguished scholars, spiritual leaders, and people from various schools of thought.
Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that the entire life of the Prophet (PBUH) was a reflection of beauty and grace. The Holy Qur’an declares his character perfect and unparalleled. The Prophet (PBUH) embodied forgiveness, gentleness, kindness, and unmatched moral excellence.
He further said that within the Seerah of the Prophet (PBUH) are radiant examples of humility, compassion, equality, and humanitarianism that continue to be a source of guidance and peace for the world even today. “We must hold ourselves accountable,” he urged, “and reflect on how much of the Prophet’s character is visible in our own lives.”
“If we align our lives with the morals of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), hatred, envy, and vengeance will vanish from society, and love, brotherhood, and peace will prevail,” he added.
The Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference was attended by Khurram Nawaz Gandapur (Secretary General, Minhaj-ul-Quran), Provincial Assembly Member Malik Adeel Awan, Pir Ata-ur-Rehman, former MPA Malik Atif, Pir Syed Maqbool Hussain Shah, Haji Ghulam Shabbir, Javed Hazrovi, Sheikh Farhan Aziz, Dr. Imran Younas, Dr. Jahangir Abbasi, Qazi Faiz-ul-Islam, Hamid Raza Qureshi, Professor Mazhar Hussain Khayal, Professor Khizar Hayat, Mashkoor Hussain Swati, Muhammad Azam Qadri, Saeed Ahmad Qadri, Mohsin Jahangir, and a large number of scholars, spiritual leaders, political and social figures, and members of the public.
