Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing of Raja Muhammad Hussain (late), uncle of Pakistan Awami Tehreek’s Vice President Raja Zahid Mahmood and Raja Shaukat Mahmood.
In his condolence message, Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri prayed that Almighty Allah grant the deceased forgiveness and mercy, elevate his ranks, bless him with a high station in Jannat al-Firdaws, and grant patience and strength to all members of the bereaved family.
The late Raja Muhammad Hussain was the father of Raja Safdar Hussain, Raja Mudassar, Raja Shahid, and Raja Yasir.
Chairman Supreme Council Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Qazi Zahid Hussain, Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Deputy Secretaries General Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees, Dr Muhammad Rafiq Najam, Noorullah Siddiqui, Sardar Umar Daraz, Asif Salharia Advocate, Rana Waheed Shehzad, Sheikh Farhan Aziz, and other leaders also expressed deep grief over the demise of Raja Zahid Mahmood’s uncle, praying for the forgiveness and elevation of ranks of the deceased and patience for the bereaved family.
The funeral prayer of the late Raja Muhammad Hussain was offered in his native town, Sarai Alamgir, where a large number of leaders and workers of Minhaj-ul-Quran and Pakistan Awami Tehreek, along with local residents, participated.
