A special ceremony was held at Minhaj University Lahore to mark the 75th birthday of the founding leader and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, and Chairman of the Board of Governors of Minhaj University Lahore, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
On this occasion, students from the Department of Cultural and Arts paid tribute to Shaykh-ul-Islam through a variety of handicrafts and creative artworks, acknowledging his global services in the fields of knowledge and peace. Jewelry stalls were also set up to engage students and enhance their participation in the celebratory activities.
To commemorate his 75th birthday, a special book stall featuring more than 700 authored works of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was arranged, offering a special discount ranging from 50% to 75% on various titles. Due to the overwhelming interest and enthusiasm of students, the birthday celebration took on the atmosphere of a vibrant festival.
Students actively participated in decorating the university campus in recognition of Shaykh-ul-Islam’s lifelong services to the promotion of knowledge and peace. Minhaj University was adorned with colorful balloons and illuminated lights, while heartfelt tributes were expressed in his honor.
