Founder and Patron-in-Chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of the wife of Hakim Safdar Ali Shaheed, a long-standing companion of Minhaj-ul-Quran and martyr of the Model Town tragedy. In his condolence message, he prayed: “May Allah Almighty grant complete forgiveness and pardon to the late wife of Hakim Safdar Ali Shaheed, elevate her ranks in Jannat al-Firdous, and bless the bereaved family with patience and fortitude.”

Meanwhile, senior leaders of Minhaj-ul-Quran including Taib Zia, Mian Ansar, Khalid Minhajian, Shakeel Tahir Awan, Allama Iqbal Akbar Saqi, as well as central, provincial, and district leaders, workers, and local residents attended the funeral prayer in large numbers.
