The Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohyuddin Qadri, paid a special visit to Abbottabad Public School. This school is the alma mater of the Senior Vice President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur.
On this occasion, the Principal of Abbottabad Public School, Akhtar Ali Qureshi, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests and provided a detailed briefing on the administrative and academic affairs of the institution. He shared that Abbottabad Public School has been serving the fields of education and training for the last six decades and is providing capable leadership to various sectors of the country.
In his speech, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohiud-Din Qadri highlighted that Minhaj-ul-Quran has been actively working for the promotion of knowledge, character, and human service for the past four decades. He also mentioned that the first robotic library in Asia has been established at Minhaj University Lahore. Additionally, a modern spiritual and intellectual center has been set up there, which plays a significant role in the moral, intellectual, and spiritual training of students. Furthermore, he pointed out that the College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences is affiliated with Al-Azhar University, Egypt, where scholars and researchers are being trained who are well-versed in both religious and contemporary sciences.
At the end of the visit, Professor Dr. Hassan Qadri presented the principal, Akhtar Ali Qureshi, with books authored by him and Sheikh Hamad Mustafa Al-Madani Al-Qadri as a gift. He also extended an invitation to visit the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran in Lahore. Later, Principal Akhtar Ali Qureshi took the Chairman of the Supreme Council and the Senior Vice President on a detailed tour of the school's academic block and other departments.
During the visit, Sajad Mumtaz Khan, Advocate Mazhar Qureshi, Qazi Faiz-ul-Islam, Dr. Jahangir Khan Abbasi, and Kamran Sohail Advocate were also present.
