Various religious scholars, intellectuals, journalists including Chairman Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Orya Maqbool Jan, Sohail Warraich, Syed Bilal Qutab, Dr Syed Hamid Farooq Bukhari, Dr Saeed Ahmad Saeedi, Allama Badruzzaman Qadri will attend the ceremony.

The launching ceremony of audiobook titled "Huzoor Nabi Akram ﷺ ka Paikar e Jamal" authored by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was held here at the central secretariat of MQI. Addressing the ceremony, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that MQI has always preferred to use modern means of communication for the promotion of Islamic message of peace, love and brotherhood. He said that the launch of audiobook is an effort in this regard. He said that it is our mission to convey the teachings of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) to every household.

Peaceful countrywide protest demonstrations were held against MD-CAT test conducted by the Pakistani Medical Commission. Held under the banner of MSM, these demonstrations were held in 40 cities including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, DG Khan, Bahawalpur, and Sargodha.
