In a meeting at the central secretariat of MQI in Lahore, Dr. Ghazala Qadri, President of MWL International, was given briefings by MWL teams of Karachi and Islamabad zones. The teams joined online and briefed about the progress and overview of the ongoing projects.
President MWL International Dr. Ghazala Hassan Qadri addressed the online "Rafaqat Seminar'' organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Pakistan. She appreciated the series of spiritual gatherings organized all over Pakistan and extended prayers for the success of all such activities.
A delegation of Anjuman-e-Asaatiza Pakistan (Teachers Association) led by Professor Raza Hussain Sial called on Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri at the Central Secretariat of MQI. Speaking on the occasion Chairman Supreme Council said that teachers are the educator of humanity and their profession is structured on the prophetic practice. He said that without professional teachers, the dream of an educated Pakistan cannot be realised.
MQI France hosted a reception in the honour of the leaders of the PTI France chapter at the beginning of New Year. The reception was attended by Malik Abid, president of PTI France, General Secretary Chaudhry Afzaal Gondal, Chaudhry Ashfaq Jutt, Chaudhry Afzaal Dhall, Safdar Hashmi, senior leaders of MQI France and the local journalists.
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri addressed the closing ceremony of the training courses conducted by Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Pakistan. While addressing the audience online, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that knowledge should be part of our lives like a mandatory practice and we must try to act upon knowledge to attain benefits from this Divine treasure.
Addressing the summit, Chairman Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri asked the social media activists to become the protectors of Islam and the Pakistan ideology. He said that the users of social media platforms must come forward and play their part in putting a stop to the march of the forces of extremism and intolerance. "The youth should use the social media to promote unity in the ranks of Muslims and better the image of Pakistan. The use of social media can become a source of positive social change in society," he added.
President MWL International Dr Ghazala Hassan Qadri addressed the oath-taking ceremony of MSM-Sisters Pakistan. The ceremony was joined by all the city, district and zonal representatives of the organization. While addressing the young students, Dr. Ghazala Hassan Qadri explained the five pillars of missionary success. She emphasized the need for understanding the importance of "ideology" which she referred to as a 'seed' because it holds the strings of every step taken towards achieving our goals.
The Hassaan bin Thabit Na‘t Research Center, Minhaj University Lahore, arranged a memorial reference to pay tributes to internationally known Naat khawan Khalid Hasnain Khalid and other Naat reciters. Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Chairman Board of Governors of MUL Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that Naat reciters are that segment that follows the practice of the Holy Companions. He said that if there is the blessing of Allah and His Prophet (PBUH) behind the act of reciting Naat, 'manqabat' and Hamd, such Naat reciters will have life-long reputation.
Dr. Ghazala Hassan Qadri chaired a meeting at the central secretariat to review the performance of the two departments of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League. In the meeting, she was given briefing on the working projects and future plans by the social media department and team of Dukhtaran-e-Islam magazine. Dr. Ghazala appreciated the ongoing work and gave feedback and suggestions to make further improvements in the relevant fields for effective results.
MWL Karachi organized a ceremony to celebrate the foundation-day of MWL, which was presided over by Mrs. Nusrat Rana Dar, President MWL Karachi. Mrs. Fouzia Junaid, central zonal Nazima MWL Karachi and Mrs. Sana Naveed, General Secretary MWL Karachi delivered special lectures in which they threw light on the various phases of the struggle of Women League. Mrs. Nusrat Rana Dar Miss Tooba Suleman, Deputy General Secretary MWL Karachi, gave briefings about the WOICE and Fahm-e-Deen projects respectively.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (MWL) organized an online meeting with all Pakistan 'tanzeemat', which was presided over by General Secretary MWL Ms Sidra Karamat. She presented and interpreted the handwritten letter of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri for Tanzeemat, which he wrote on the occasion of the 34th foundation-day of MWL.
President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has greatly appreciated the volunteers of Minhaj Welfare Foundation for their rescue as part of relief activities in Murree. Hailing the workers of PAT and MQI, he said that helping humanity at the most difficult hour is the practice of the Holy Prophet (pbuh), which entails huge rewards. He said that solid and timely arrangements need to be made in order to avert similar incidents in the future. He said that since the matter pertains to precious human lives, therefore, traditional and cliched statements should be avoided and all efforts be made for workable solutions.
Minhaj-ul-Quran International UK is delighted at the opening of SeekersHub Halifax that is now open on Gibbet St, Halifax. The facility is part of the Seekers Academy initiative by Minhaj College - MCM and will be a full-time satellite site offering daytime courses, evening programmes and community facilities such as a charity cafe and shop in partnership with Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF).
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri visited the residence of Sajjada-e-Nasheen Pir Sayyid Shams-ur-Rahman Shamsi, organizer of PAT Ulama Wing and condoled with him on the death of his brother. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in peace and give patience and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear this loss. Nazime-e-Aala Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Raja Zahid Mahmood, Qazi Faiz-ul-Islam and other leaders were present on the occasion.
Mrs. Fizzah Hussain Qadri addressed the session of Minhaj Cyber Activists Sisters team and greatly appreciated their efforts, hard work and activities on social media. She mentioned the top most active members of the team, appreciated Zonal and the department's Social Media Councils and lauded the Graphics Lead Haleema Mehmood sister for her contributions and creativity.
