The Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, visited the Golra Sharif shrine and had a special meeting with the caretakers of the shrine, Pir Syed Ghulam Qutb-ul-Haq Gilani and Pir Syed Ali Junaid-ul-Haq Gilani. Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri also extended an invitation to attend the "Dars of Sahih al-Bukhari" on November 23 in Lahore, which was accepted.
The Chairman of the Supreme Council, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, also visited the historic library adjacent to the shrine and expressed his delight at viewing the rare and invaluable collection of scholarly works stored there. During the visit, he presented copies of new books by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, himself, and Shaykh Hamad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri as gifts to the Pir Sahibans.
On this occasion, other notable individuals including the Secretary-General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Engineer Muhammad Rafiq Najm, Dr. Mir Asif Akbar Qadri, Chaudhry Irfan Yusuf, Qazi Faiz-ul-Islam, Allama Mir Ishtiaq Ahmad Advocate, Rana Waheed Shehzad, Sheikh Farhan Aziz, Rao Javed Anjum, Raja Munir Ijaz, and Muhammad Hafeez Awan were also present with him.
Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri prayed at the sacred mausoleum of Pir Mehr Ali Shah Golrvi (RA) and offered special prayers for the welfare of the country and the nation. He expressed his joy in visiting Golra Sharif, calling it a beacon of knowledge and enlightenment. He further emphasized that the message of Sufism is love for humanity.
Pir Syed Ghulam Qutb-ul-Haq Gilani and Pir Syed Ali Junaid-ul-Haq Gilani praised the services of Shaykh-ul-Islam and Minhaj-ul-Quran for the cause of Islam and congratulated him on the new books.
