There is a crippling shortage of oxygen across India due to the ongoing pandemic. At a time when oxygen cylinders are hard to come by, MIWF is refilling oxygen cylinders and supplying them for free to help in the treatment of the Covid patients. MIWF teams have helped refill oxygen for the needy families in Mumbai, New Delhi, Lucknow and Allahabad and are also guiding people to authentic sources for oxygen cylinders through MIWF Medical Helpline number 1800-258-4777.
Food ration was distributed among thousands of the deserving people under the banner of Minhaj Welfare Foundation. Country Director Syed Amjad Ali Shah distributed the food bags among the low-income families, widows and the deserving people along with MQI Secretary-General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur.

Addressing the conference, Mrs. Fizzah Hussain Qadri said that it was Sayyida Khadija al-Kubra (R.A.) who accepted the invitation of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and became his companion. She not only embraced Islam earlier than others but also dedicated her life and wealth to the service of Islam. She was a great life partner of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) who shared his happiness and sorrow and comforted him during challenging times.
A condolence reference in memory of Allama Pir Ghalib Lahori, the founding member of MQI, was held under the banner of the Council of the Founding and Senior Members at the central secretariat on April 22, 2021. In his audio message, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri paid late Ghalib Lahori rich tributes for his excellent services for MQI.
Directorate of Dawa and Training, a subordinate department of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League, held a Sayyida Kainat (salam Allah alayha) Conference. Ramadan a great opportunity for spiritual transformation: Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has congratulated the whole Muslim community around the world and people of Pakistan on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan. In his special message to mark the onset of the holy month, he said that Allah Almighty revealed the Holy Quran in the month of Ramadan and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) described this month as the month of mercy, enormous blessings and a salvation from the hell.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has been engaged in scholarly endeavors to promote the Islamic sciences and Sira al-Nabi (pbuh) for the last four decades from the platform of Minhaj-ul-Quran. He has written hundreds of books in this regard. His research interests center on the promotion of Sira al-Nabi (pbuh). Every Muslim has a special love and reverence for the person of the Holy Prophet (pbuh).

Addressing a launching ceremony of Ramadan Plan 2021 under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League, General Secretary Ms. Sidra Karamat has said that it is important to understand the objectives, philosophy, and wisdom behind the enforcement of the fasting. She said that doing this is important so that the holy month of fasting could be used as an opportunity to enable the believers to shape their lives in light of the aims and objectives of the pious act. She also congratulated all the participants on the start of the holy month of Ramadan.
Irfan-ul-Quran (Bangla translation) was launched at Dhaka the other day. This is an awesome gift by Minhaj-ul-Quran International Bangladesh to all Bengali Muslims on the eve of the holy month of Ramadan. The launching ceremony was held online in line with the requirements of SOPs and a number of dignitaries, intellectuals, scholars and professors attended it. President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri was the chief guest of the ceremony, while a special audio message of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was played on that occasion.

Addressing the ceremony, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that al-Haj Sheikh Muhammad Jamil Qadri was a right-hand companion of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and the founding member of MQI.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the new building of the COSIS library, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that imparting education and awareness of the religious teachings to the youth of the country is an act of great piety and investment. He said that the educational vision of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is that education in contemporary as well as religious sciences should be simultaneously given. He said that the education received without an awareness of religion constitutes unproductive knowledge.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the Eagers Club established under the aegis of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that the children need to be imparted moral training right from the initial age to rid society of sectarianism and extremism and make it a hub of peace. He said that the parents, teachers, religious scholars, and media have a central role to play.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the character-building of the nation is the foremost responsibility of both the political and religious leadership. He said that society's betterment lies in getting rid of the system that refuses to differentiate between the good and bad. He said the of the biggest crises facing us is moral decay. He said there is hardly anything to distinguish between truth and falsehood and greed and lust have taken the place of moral values. He asked the religious scholars and the youth to highlight the real teachings of Islam through social media.
